    The DAVOSA Newton Pilot Automatic celebrates functional reduction. The precise Swiss automatic movement DAV 3021ND displays the seconds in addition to the hours and minutes and dispenses with the date display, creating a perfect symmetry that finds a stage on the dial surface of fine sunburst. The impression and brilliance of fine sunbeams, as experienced at sunrise in the cockpit, lend a touch of subtle sophistication and elegance to the timepiece. Raised indexes and Arabic numerals mark the hours, while a triangle at twelve o'clock provides orientation. Satin-finished sword hands with an optimal length ratio underline the attention to detail, as does the second hand with a stylised aviator at the tip.

    SKELETONISED DAVOSA ROTOR

    The Newton Pilot is driven by the kinetic energy of the arm's movement, which sets the skeletonised Geneva-striped rotor, visible through the screwed glass back, in motion. The energy generated in this way tensions the mainspring and builds up a power reserve of approximately 40 hours. DAVOSA's watchmakers have regulated the movement with particular precision so that it achieves a rate deviation that corresponds to the elaboré category.
