    PVD plating

    PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating offers impressive robustness and durability. The watch case or bracelet is coated with an ultra-thin layer of metal in a vacuum. The result is an extremely hard, scratch-resistant surface that retains its colour permanently. Unlike conventional coatings, the PVD layer does not simply lie on the surface, but adheres firmly to the stainless steel, providing reliable protection against abrasion and corrosion.
