Permanent surface refinement

PVD plating

The PVD plating (Physical Vapour Deposition) shines with the highest robustness and durability. In the PVD process, the watch case or bracelet is placed in a sealed high-pressure chamber in which the paint evaporates and creates a saturated atmosphere. As a result, the base material, stainless steel, is completely penetrated by the colour molecules, which ensures an even and deep distribution of the colour surface. Unlike traditional plating/painting, which is on the surface of the base metal, PVD coating does not discolour thanks to the complete penetration of colour in the metal.

ANTI-MAGNETIC AND CORROSION-RESISTANT

316L stainless steel

316L stainless steel fulfils the highest demands: it is very hard, resistant and therefore the ideal material for watch cases and bracelets. Surgical steel has its origins in medicine, where it is the material of choice. Thanks to its high durability, corrosion resistance and anti-magnetic and anti-allergenic properties, it has become indispensable in the world of watches.
