Everything at a glance

This was also a challenge for DAVOSA Watches as a recognised manufacturer of diver's and pilot's watches - but one that the DAVOSA Neoteric Pilot Automatic meets. The dial, framed by a stainless steel case with a diameter of 42 mm, has a strictly centred design and does without totalisers. This gives the watch a pleasant generosity. The dial bears clearly legible Arabic numerals to mark the hours. They are additionally marked by hand-applied, brushed indices - eleven rectangular ones and one triangular one at the 12 o'clock position. Rounded edges were deliberately omitted from the individual parts in order to emphasise the toolwatch character.

The link to the tradition of pilot watches is represented by the vintage-look leather strap. However, the discreet coloured stitching here also testifies to the new interpretation of the pilot's watch.

Full luminosity at night

Of course, pilots can continue to rely on their DAVOSA Neoteric Pilot Automatic long after it is dark outside. The hands, indices and triangle are coated with SuperLumiNova®. To enhance the luminosity, the Arabic numerals are printed five times and thus even raised.

DAV3021

High-quality automatic calibre

The satin-finished and polished stainless steel case looks modern and simple. Inside is the Swiss automatic calibre DAV3021, which has been installed many times and is even visible through the multi-screwed glass back. The DAVOSA Neoteric Pilot Automatic is covered from above by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that conforms to standards. Screw-fastened to the case is a ribbed crown that is typical of DAVOSA and remains easy to grip even when wearing pilot's gloves.
