Origins

Watch making was introduced in the Jura more than 200 years ago. The Jura, a mountainous area that lies between Geneva and Basel has long, hard winters. For many farmers watchmaking was a means of improving their meagre income. For while a few, this craft became a hobby and a "reason d`être".

Our firm has its origin in such a family.
